One stock number across every channel
The system reads sales and adjustments from the POS, the web store and each marketplace by API and webhook as they happen. It computes one on-hand figure per SKU per location and flags any channel that disagrees with it. Corrections to a live count are proposed with the evidence beside them; a staff member approves before any channel is updated.
Reorder proposals from real sell-through
It reads sell-through per SKU over rolling windows, supplier lead times and minimum order quantities, and the on-hand count above. Each week it drafts a purchase order per supplier with the reasoning printed next to every line: what sold, what is left, when it runs out. The buyer edits and approves the order. Nothing is sent to a supplier without a signature.
Website chatbot for orders, stock and returns
The chatbot reads order status from the store platform, tracking from the carrier, live stock per location and the store's own returns policy. It answers where an order is, whether a size is in stock at a given shop, and how to start a return. Anything involving money, a complaint or a product recommendation that needs judgement is handed to a person with the transcript attached.
Voice agent on the store phone
The agent answers the store line, reads hours, location and live stock, and checks order status against the store platform. It resolves the routine calls, takes a message with a callback number for the rest, and transfers a caller who asks for a person with the reason already noted. Staff on the floor stop leaving a customer mid-sale to answer an hours question.
Weekly margin report, every number sourced
Every Monday the system pulls sales from the POS and web store, fees from the marketplaces and payment processor, shipping cost from the carrier account and cost of goods from the purchase orders. It assembles margin per product, per channel and per week, and each figure links to the rows it came from. The owner reads it; nothing is posted to the books.
Campaigns from your own purchase history
It reads the customer records and purchase history already in the POS and store platform, with consent status on each record. It builds segments such as bought once and lapsed 90 days, or repeat buyer of one category, and drafts the email or SMS for each. The owner approves every segment and every message before a send, and unsubscribes are honoured automatically.
