Hospitality, nightlife and events
Live
Fennec is a full operating system for premium nightlife and event venues: floor plans, reservations, ticketing, bottle service, inventory and live ops, synced with Square. It runs at Harbour Event Centre, TradeX, The Pit UBC and The Show Ottawa, plus more than 20 event companies. Palapa Tours in Ottawa runs floating tiki-bar cruises, where gratuity splits shifted cruise to cruise and caused disputes; we built and shipped tip-out software that calculates, splits and tracks the payouts. B-Side Group is a hospitality group, and we are building them customised inventory management software across three of their restaurant venues: a stock count per site, one catalogue across the venues, the variance between what was bought and what was sold, and reorder points. That one is in build, not delivered, and we are claiming no result from it yet.
Telecom and internet
In build
Uniserve Communications Corporation is a Canadian internet and telecom provider. A high volume of repeat customer questions was arriving through their support channels, so we are building them a customer-facing AI chatbot and a voice agent for residential customer support. It is a three-month AI enablement engagement, now in build. Every model and every byte stays hosted in Canada.
Political and campaign organisations
Live
ABC is a municipal political party in Vancouver. We parse and reconcile the records they already hold, matching them across sources and producing confidence scores so it is clear which records stand up, and we assist with their targeted marketing campaigns off the back of that reconciled set. That work is live. We take no position on the party or its politics, and none is implied by the engagement: the work is data parsing, reconciliation and campaign marketing support.
