Fennec module 02

One guest identity, from the first ticket to the fifth visit.

Most venues know how many tickets they sold and almost nothing about who bought them. Eight modules keep one profile per guest, across every event and every venue on the network, and the scanner at the door reads against the same record the promoter sold from.

The modules

Eight modules, quoted word for word.

The lines in quotation marks are Fennec's own product copy from fennecapp.com. Where we add anything, we say it is ours. Every module below is in service tonight, not on a roadmap.

  1. 01

    Ticketing

"Sell tickets, import guestlists, and check guests in with a scanner."

  2. 02

    Promoter Portal

"Dedicated promoter dashboards with personal links, guestlist tools, promo codes."

  3. 03

    Guest CRM

"Unified guest profiles with spend history, preferences, and segments."

  4. 04

    Guest Management

"Manage every guest interaction - RSVPs, comps, plus-ones and birthdays."

  5. 05

    Loyalty

"Configure tiers, points and perks once - issue passes across every venue."

  6. 06

    Fennec Pass

"A guest's universal nightlife identity - tickets, table bookings, loyalty tiers."

  7. 07

    Discover Events

"A guest-facing feed of every event across the Fennec network."

  8. 08

    Live Ordering

"Guests scan their table, browse the live menu, and reorder."

Four surfaces, one record

The operator builds it once. Three guest surfaces read it.

Step through the four screens below. The same event record that the operator types into is the page a guest lands on, the entry in the network feed, and the ticket sitting in a member's pass.

Operator event builder. Poster, slug, venue, schedule, guestlist scan cutoff, age restriction and public listing, with the customer view previewed on a phone while you type.

Ticketing

"Sell tickets, import guestlists, and check guests in with a scanner."

One record holds the event. The scanner at the door reads against the same record the promoter sold from, so a guestlist import does not become a second source of truth.

Live across 20+ event companies

A live public Fennec event page showing the event date, age limit, venue address, presenter, share actions, and calls to action to reserve a table or join the guestlist.
The public side of the same event: date, age limit, venue address, presenter, share actions, and two ways to commit.

Public event page

The guest-facing face of the event record. Our words, not a product line.

Reserve a table or join the guestlist, from the page the operator just built. Nothing is retyped into a second tool, which is why the address on the page is never last season's address.

Live across the Fennec venue network

The guest-facing Fennec discovery feed with one featured event at the top and a grid of upcoming events beneath it.
A featured event above a grid of what is coming up, assembled from every venue on the network rather than one venue's calendar.

Discover Events

"A guest-facing feed of every event across the Fennec network."

A venue that joins the network inherits an audience already inside the app. The feed is the reason a guest who came for one room finds the next one.

Network wide

A Fennec guest member profile showing upcoming tickets, table and guestlist counts, a next-up countdown, the Fennec Pass QR entry code and a feed for exploring events by city.
The guest's own profile: upcoming tickets, table and guestlist counts, a next-up countdown, the Pass QR they enter with, and a city feed underneath.

Fennec Pass

"A guest's universal nightlife identity - tickets, table bookings, loyalty tiers."

One QR, every venue. Loyalty is configured once and the passes issue themselves, so a tier earned at one room is recognised at the next.

The night in order

Six steps, one profile, no retyping.

This is the path a guest actually walks. Each step writes to the same guest record, which is the only reason the venue still knows who that person is a month later.

  1. 1

    The event goes up

    Operator, once

Poster, slug, venue, schedule, age restriction and the guestlist scan cutoff go in once, in the event builder, with the customer view previewed alongside.

  2. 2

    Promoters get their own link

    Promoter Portal

Dedicated dashboards, personal links, guestlist tools and promo codes. Sales are attributed to the person who made them instead of being argued about on Monday.

  3. 3

    The guest commits

    Public event page

A ticket, a table reservation or a guestlist request, taken on the page the operator just built. RSVPs, comps, plus-ones and birthdays are handled in Guest Management rather than in a group chat.

  4. 4

    The door scans

    Night of

The scanner reads against the same event record. An imported guestlist and a sold ticket check in through one queue, so the count at the door matches the count in the office.

  5. 5

    The table reorders

    Live Ordering

Guests scan their table, browse the live menu, and reorder. Spend lands on the guest profile as it happens instead of being reconstructed from a stack of receipts.

  6. 6

    The profile keeps

    Guest CRM and Loyalty

Spend history, preferences and segments sit on one profile. Tiers, points and perks are configured once, and the pass a guest earned at one room is recognised at the next.

What it replaces

The cost of four tools is the guest you never recognise again.

Every handoff between tools is a place a name gets dropped. The venue ends the night with a revenue figure and no idea which of those people had been in three times before.

Promoter Portal

Live

"Dedicated promoter dashboards with personal links, guestlist tools, promo codes." Each promoter sees their own numbers, and the venue sees all of them in one place.

Guest CRM and Guest Management

Live

"Unified guest profiles with spend history, preferences, and segments", plus every interaction: "RSVPs, comps, plus-ones and birthdays."

Loyalty and Fennec Pass

Live

"Configure tiers, points and perks once - issue passes across every venue." The Pass is the guest's side of that: "tickets, table bookings, loyalty tiers."

Discover Events and Live Ordering

Live

A network feed brings guests in, and "guests scan their table, browse the live menu, and reorder" once they are seated, so spend and identity stay attached.

more likely to qualify a web lead when it was contacted within an hour rather than an hour later. A table request is inbound demand, and it goes cold the same way.

Beyond nightlife

An event page is a booking funnel with a scanner at the end.

This family is shaped like a nightclub because that is the room it was built in. The parts underneath are not. A guest profile is a customer record. A promoter link is an attributed sales channel. A loyalty tier is a retention programme. A scanner at the door is admission control for anything with a gate.
